What’s more reminiscent of the holidays than chocolate? We’ve got 3 easy gluten-free and vegan recipes to get you in the holiday mood (and probably get you more than a little hungry), all using Enjoy Life Foods‘ gluten-free and dairy-free chocolate chips. Trust us, everyone will be begging you to tell them your secret – after they finish eating, of course. Check out the video and then go make them for yourself!
1 1/4 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
1/2 cup dairy-free cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, then stir until fully combined. Serve with whatever treats you’d like!
2 tbsp. Enjoy Life Foods chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. vanilla
2 cups rice milk (or any non-dairy milk)
Heat over medium-low heat until it almost reaches a boil. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Personal Chocolate Cake:
1/4 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter-flavored margarine or shortening
2 tbsp. Enjoy Life Baking Mix
2 tbsp sugar
2/3 cup applesauce
Grease 2 ramekins or small souffle dishes with margarine or shortening and set aside. Microwave chips until melted. In another bowl mix shortening, baking mix, sugar and applesauce. Add melted chocolate and stir until combined. Sprinkle greased dishes with sugar and divide the batter between the two. Bake at 350 for 11 minutes or until tops of cakes are just set. Turn out onto a plate and enjoy with a bit of powdered sugar on top!
