Here’s what you’ll need:
Almonds (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup olive oil
3-4 springs fresh rosemary
Sea salt, to taste
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Here’s what to do:
Step 1: Grab a bag of almonds, some olive oil, rosemary, sea salt and cayenne pepper.
Step 2: Remove stems from rosemary and discard. Coarsely chop rosemary.
Step 3: Sprinkle almonds with rosemary.
Step 4: Pour in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Mix together until evenly coated, then pour onto a prepared sheet pan.
Step 6: Roast in a 375℉ oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature, then serve.
