There’s nothing quite like a glass of wine at the end of a long day, right? How about a glass of wine mixed with juice and frozen into the world’s best adult popsicle? That’s where this sangria recipe comes in.
These sangria pops are so simple, literally anyone could pull them off. How perfect are they for a summer dinner party, right? You only need to gather four ingredients and you’re all set. We couldn’t even wait until 5 p.m. to start in on these when we whipped them up at the Love With Food office. We know you won’t be able to either. Check out this sangria recipe that’s so cool…it’s frozen. Ha.
Here’s what you’ll need:
-1½ cups of red wine
-2 tablespoons of sugar
-1 cup of pomegranate juice
-1 cup of fresh raspberries
Here’s what to do:
Combine the red wine and sugar into a small saucepan. Cook on low until the sugar dissolves. Take off of the heat and cool. Stir in the pomegranate juice and set aside.
Divide the raspberries evenly between all the popsicle molds. Pour the sangria on top of the fruit into the molds. Place into the freezer and freeze until solid or overnight. Enjoy!
