What’s better than a good old-fashioned PB&J sandwich? How about a peanut butter and jelly sandwich made into a smoothie? We thought so.
We’ve got just the recipe, using the Hubs salted Virginia peanuts included in the October 2015 gluten-free box. Just toss the peanuts in with some berries, milk and ice and blend! Just try not to get hooked on this.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie – Ingredients:
2 cup frozen berries
1/4 cup peanuts
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup milk or coconut milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
